The COVID-19 emergency is having a terrible impact throughout our entire community. Here at the CCO we have made the difficult decision to forego our Summermusik festival this August. Our orchestra members, who do so much to enrich the quality of life in our community, will be hit hard by the loss of this important source of income. Many of our musicians also rely on other sources of income throughout the year, and their situation is compounded by the many other concert and event cancellations, school and university closures, private lesson cancellations and loss of many other performing opportunities. Please consider supporting our orchestra members in this time of great need by making a tax-deductible donation to our CCO Musicians Relief Fund. Your support will go directly to the CCO musicians who you have come to know and love and whose livelihoods have been deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
