CANCELLED | Cooking in Concert: From Tapas to Tempranillo: An Evening in Spain

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 08 | 7:00pm

THE SUMMIT RESTAURANT, CLIFTON
3520 Central Pkwy, Cincinnati, Ohio 45223

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and public gathering restrictions, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this event. We hope to reschedule the remaining Cooking in Concert events in 2021.

The exotic and fiery music of Spain sets the stage – and table – for an unforgettable evening of rhythms and flavors. From tapas to Tempranillo, prepare your taste buds to be delighted by the culinary team at Cincinnati State Midwest Culinary Institute. Musicians from the CCO will take you on an auditory adventure to complement this spicy night of music from España.

About Cooking in Concert

Pairing fine wines and beers with excellent food makes for a memorable evening. But when you pair that combination with beautiful music, then you have something truly special.

Cincinnati State’s Midwest Culinary Institute and the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra have made that possible by cooking up a quartet of sumptuous evenings that will celebrate the food, beverages and music of Italy, Germany, France and Spain.

All four Cooking in Concert events will take place at Cincinnati State’s Summit Restaurant on its Clifton campus. Valet parking included.

Either way, the gift you give your special someone (or your well-deserved self!) will have a meaningful encore—all proceeds from the Cooking in Concert events will support free, cultural events for students at Cincinnati State that will include Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra chamber ensemble concerts.
