Jillian Harrison-Jones, DMA is from Rochester, NY, by way of Indianapolis, IN. She serves as the Music Director for MUSE Cincinnati’s Women’s Choir and Director of Choirs at the historic Witherspoon Presbyterian Church of Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Harrison-Jones is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), where she wrote her dissertation on effective virtual concert planning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Lincoln University, PA, a Bachelor of Music degree from Roberts Wesleyan College, NY, and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Connecticut. Previous appointments include the Richard Wesp Assistant Conductor of the Cincinnati Youth Choir, Assistant Conductor of the Willimantic Symphony Orchestra (CT), and Assistant Director of the UConn Women’s Choir (CT).
